The Opportunity Rather than simply managing individual projects, you’ll have the opportunity to influence the broader business, developing PMs, helping drive operational strategy, strengthening client relationships, and playing a meaningful role in the continued growth of the Cincinnati team. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and mentor Project Managers, Senior PMs, and project teams Build and maintain long-term owner and client relationships Partner with preconstruction and field leadership from pursuit through closeout Oversee project financials, schedules, risk, and overall execution Help identify and pursue new business opportunities Participate in strategic planning for the Cincinnati operation Continue developing the next generation of leadership within the business Why This Opportunity Stands Out Long-term career path: Promotion and compensation reviews take place every six months, so career progression isn't limited to an annual conversation.
