Pay Rate: $11.50 per hour

Shift: M F 8AM 5PM

What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

• Ordering office supplies and coordinating with vendors for office maintenance and operations
• Coordinating preventative maintenance of laboratory equipment between lab personnel and vendors
• Assisting in lab maintenance activities such as new chemical approvals, chemical inventory, lab computer management, and hazardous waste disposal coordination
• Supporting finance personnel by tracking and submitting invoices and other documentation
• Providing logistics support for shipping and receiving
• Offering logistical support for visitors, arranging conference calls and large group meetings, making travel arrangements, and scheduling technology social events

• Possess proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a laboratory or office environment
