Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess patients' biopsychosocial needs through comprehensive evaluations to identify their issues and concerns.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that facilitate effective responses to identified needs and conditions.

• Provide individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy sessions, adapting techniques according to clinically tailored approaches.

• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and program planning sessions to enhance treatment effectiveness and share insights with psychiatry and therapy teams.

• Document patient progress accurately in accordance with federal, state, and organizational standards, utilizing EMR (Electronic Medical Records) software.

• Adhere strictly to agency policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance in all clinical practices.

• Respond to crisis situations by collaborating with both outpatient and inpatient teams to deliver triage evaluations and necessary interventions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
