Job Title: Customer Service Rep
Location: Tampa, FL

System One is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a long-term, onsite opportunity in Tampa, FL. The Customer Service Representative will serve as a liaison between external customers, clients, and internal teams, providing support with customer issue resolution and administrative needs. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently, and a commitment to providing professional and responsive service.

Responsibilities
• Communicate with coworkers, management, clients, vendors, and other business partners in a courteous and professional manner
• Participate in special projects and other assignments as needed
• Maintain compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Respond to service needs from policy owners, general agents, producers, field personnel, and home office employees, maintaining ownership of requests through resolution
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and provide timely, professional assistance
• Provide technical guidance, product information, and procedural support to address a variety of customer service issues
• Identify, recommend, and implement customer retention strategies to enhance asset retention and improve persistency
• Respond to customer inquiries by telephone and electronic communication
• Conduct research as needed to resolve service requests and provide accurate information
• Monitor service activity and prepare service reports as requested
• Troubleshoot technical issues and assist customers with appropriate resolutions
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in a fast-paced, call center environment

Requirements
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Customer service experience required; experience in the property and casualty insurance industry preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required
• Experience using internet-based research tools preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a structured call center environment
• Strong attendance and punctuality record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and screens efficiently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
