Project Manager - Remote

Project ManagerGenesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager with Integration and Transformation project experience. Remote position with a Major Healthcare Company located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a 6+ month contract for hire opportunity. Compensation: $55- 60.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications.Position Overview: This individual will be responsible for coordinating project activities, driving execution, facilitating communication across teams, and ensuring multiple concurrent initiatives are delivered on time and within scope. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive project manager who thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced setting and can effectively manage competing priorities within a large enterprise organization. Will be managing Integration and transformation projects within the IT Health plan organization.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and timelinesDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and status reportingCoordinate project activities across business and technical teamsFacilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability for deliverablesPartner with stakeholders to define project objectives, milestones, and success criteriaIdentify project risks and develop mitigation strategiesEnsure effective communication among team members, leadership, and key stakeholdersMonitor project progress and proactively address roadblocksSupport Agile project delivery methodologies and participate in Agile ceremonies as neededProvide regular status updates and executive-level reportingPrimary Requirements:5+ years of Project Management experienceProven experience managing multiple projects concurrently, including SDLC projectsExperience within a large enterprise organizationStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teamsExperience working in Agile environmentsDemonstrated ability to manage priorities and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail and follow-throughDesired Skills:Experience within healthcare, health insurance, payer (or similar organizations)Previous experience supporting enterprise technology or business transformation initiativesPMP, SAFE, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications are a plusOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
