Credit Specialist

Job Description

We are hiring for a skilled Credit Specialist! In this full-time opportunity you will mitigate credit risk exposure by completing reviews of incoming clients and provide advanced client service and technical product support to our internal and external partners. To be considered for this position, please have an associate degree and experience with financial accounting. Position Details:

• Full time, contract
• M-F schedule; 12pm-9pm
• Conducts credit reviews on new clients.
• Reviews and approves or denies credit authorizations payments or termination decisions.
• Reviews and interprets credit reports, financial trade, and public record data to assist in the credit decision making process.
• Identify and research potentially fraudulent clients and escalate all positive matches.
• Provides excellent client service and support.
• Researches and resolves product and service issues from clients.

Job Requirements

• Associate Degree or higher preferred (Finance/Accounting/Business preferred)
• Financial/Accounting background preferred
• Customer Service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail
• US citizen or permanent resident status
• Completion of background check
