Evening Patient Services Associate — Medical Office

Envision Imaging of Flower Mound is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our team in Flower Mound, TX. This role handles patient check-in/out, scheduling, data entry, and billing within a busy outpatient setting. Work shifts are Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM, with a mandatory two-week training at our North Arlington facility.
