Lead Material Program Manager

Senior Manager, Material Program Management (MPM) Lead a team of MPMs as the overall supplier and supply‑chain conductor for the program. Serve as liaison between Program Manager(s), Integrated Product Team (IPT) and other functional leads and the Supply Chain organization. What you will do Provide resources, training, and talent management to the team. Own execution of material program strategy (MPS) and material program plan (MPP). Drive impact and influence program planning, financial goals, and team building. Review and approve gating activities, EACs, Risk Register, engineering boards, proposal strategies, and supply base messaging. Work cross‑functionally to resolve supplier or material issues. Report status related to supplier and material needs to leadership teams at varying levels (Tier 1–3). Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally as required. Qualifications You Must Have A university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years relevant experience, or an advanced degree and at least 7 years experience. Experience managing and/or leading a team. Supply Chain experience. Qualifications We Prefer Supply chain experience in Aerospace or Defense, especially International. Strong management and leadership knowledge. Customer proposal, negotiation experience, TINA compliance. Financial acumen, budget management, EAC experience. CORE, Six Sigma, or Lean methodology experience. Benefits The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD – 251,600 USD. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
