Cedar Healthcare Center is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our growing team of caregivers. Whether you're a new grad, looking for a full-time career, or in search of part-time flexibility, we have opportunities available across multiple schedules, shifts, and specialty areas.

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday Compensation: $31.00 - $42.00, based on experience + $3.00/hour for hours worked on Saturday and Sunday

Sign On Bonus: $2,500

What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to providers and interdisciplinary team members
• Supervise and support nursing assistants and other care staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New Hampshire or qualified compact state
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• Long-term care, rehabilitation, or memory care experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care

Eligible full-time employees may elect Modified Compensation calculated at 10-20% of the base rate in lieu of select benefits.
