Outreach Specialist

Join Razer on a mission to revolutionize gaming. We are looking for a Creator Outreach Specialist to build and manage relationships with online creators and influencers, support global marketing teams, and drive partnership initiatives. Job Responsibilities Grow Razer’s content creator and influencer relationships and drive creator engagement efforts across global marketing teams. Execute Razer’s Creator Outreach initiatives through scouting and gifting programs, including the Razer Creator Program. Promote Razer’s Content Creator and Affiliate programs to existing and new partners through marketing communications, online and at events. Coordinate with internal marketing/product teams globally to ensure influencer campaigns meet objectives and budgets. Analyze competitor creator programs and deliver routine performance reports on relevant influencer and affiliate metrics. Perform ad‑hoc department administrative duties as required. Qualifications BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, PR or equivalent practical experience. 1‑2 years of experience in influencer or partnership management. Strong written communication skills in English and editorial experience. Understanding of social media, livestreaming best practices, online marketing, and content creator activations. Ability to spot emerging social trends and identify gaming/pop‑cultural references. Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, generating business results. Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones and cultures. Must be a gamer. Temporary position. Language Requirements Fluent English (must). Compensation Temporary salary range: $39,000.00 – $65,000.00 per annum. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
