What Youll Do

• Prepare schedules, pre-planning, and resource forecasts for construction projects.
• Ensure project quality and compliance with all governing agency requirements.
• Maintain accurate project quantity and correspondence records.
• Assist with job-related paperwork, including timecards and production reports.
• Track all job costs and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate daily operations with customer and owner representatives.
• Generate bids, estimate costs, and prepare bid documents.
• Administer reporting, payments, and job tasks using Viewpoint software.

What Were Looking For

• Associate or Bachelors degree from a technical school, or equivalent experience.
• Basic computer proficiency, with a preference for Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Commitment to safety, including adherence to PPE policies and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Prior experience in the construction field is highly preferred.
