We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our patient-focused team. Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and treatment planning. Perform clinical procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, laser therapy, and administering local chemotherapeutic agents. Capture X-rays and intraoral images to aid in accurate diagnosis and care planning. Preventive Care & Education: Provide oral hygiene treatments and educate patients on maintaining healthy oral habits. Explain the impact of lifestyle factors (e.g., smoking, diet) on oral health and recommend preventive products. Record Management: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including vital signs and dental charting. Collaborate effectively with dentists, physicians, and other healthcare providers. Advanced Procedures: Perform advanced dental interventions within state licensing guidelines, including periodontal therapy. Ensure compliance with Medicare and state-specific dental standards. Qualifications: Current Registered Dental Hygienist License (state-specific). Certified in CPR/First Aid. Proficiency in clinical skills such as scaling, root planing, and laser therapy. Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities. Open for frsh graduate or with 3 years of experience in a dental office setting (preferred).
