About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations with a focus on Supply Chain and Logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the business plan, achieving P&L results, and leading a team to meet and exceed growth and financial objectives. This role requires a strategic partner to the CEO, working closely to translate vision into functional plans across various business areas. The VP of Operations will also be instrumental in integrating and optimizing major business functions, fostering a culture of collaboration, and ensuring the team is healthy, functional, and cohesive. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Operations include owning the business scorecard, leading the team in accountability, and using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to integrate all major operating functions. The ideal candidate will be a role model for the company's core values, demonstrate servant leadership, and have a proven track record in project management and continuous improvement. The role demands a leader who can effectively resolve issues, manage major projects, and standardize work processes to support the company's rapid growth. The VP of Operations will also be expected to deliver exceptional results for the customer base, enable market share growth, and ensure effective communication throughout the organization.
