Product Owner - Regnology Transaction Reporting

As a Product Owner for our Regnology Transaction Reporting solution, you will be at the heart of our development team, driving the evolution of a product that is critical for our clients' compliance and success.

What you'll do

1. You will own and manage the product backlog and translate product vision and strategy into clear, prioritized work for the development team
2. You will independently gather, estimate, and prioritize requirements — including situations where information is still incomplete or ambiguous
3. You will take care of stakeholders, align priorities and requirements, and ensure shared understanding across all involved parties
4. You will serve as a key point of contact for client communication, manage escalations, and work to ensure overall client satisfaction
5. You will lead release planning, contribute to roadmap planning, and guide the team by explaining priorities and relevant topics
6. You will create and refine work items (epics, user stories, defects, tasks), monitor the software development lifecycle, and consider non-functional requirements such as performance and usability
7. You will collaborate closely with development teams, Project Managers, other Product Owners, and the Agile Master across locations
8. You will highlight risks and issues early and often provide guidance and mentoring to colleagues
9. You will join a dynamic team and will collaborate with international colleagues at all levels and skills

• You have successfully finished your economics, business administration, or computer science, math studies
• You have already gained 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner in a software development environment
• You have solid experience with agile ways of working, especially Scrum and Kanban
• You are confident in backlog management and prioritization, also when requirements or outcomes are not fully known yet
• You have a strong technical understanding of the software lifecycle and software architecture
• You bring practical experience with AI-related topics (e.g. AI-enabled product features or AI-supported product and delivery work)
• Proven experience or knowledge in the domain of financial regulatory reporting (e.g., MiFIR, EMIR, SFTR) is a strong advantage
• You love to work on solving complex topics and take ownership end-to-end
• You are a natural team player and enjoy mentoring and interaction
• You are fluent in English; German is a nice to have
