Where You Will Work Located in southeastern Arizona, close to more than 4 million acres of national forest, employees and their families can connect with the great outdoors while fishing, rafting, hiking and more. Several educational institutions also are nearby, including a Northern Arizona University satellite campus, Eastern Arizona College, and the Gila Institute for Technology.   What You Will Do Under general supervision, this position will provide advanced and varied administrative support to the leadership and team members of a designated functional unit. This position will collaborate with Managers and functional/site leaders and will assist with budget preparation and monitoring. Perform complex, diversified and specialized administrative work for site leadership or functional unit staff. Prepare and type memoranda, letters and reports. Create computer forms, templates and tables. Compile statistical data. Arrange and schedule meetings, events and training. Coordinate or prepare a wide variety of complex financial and operational reports. Responsible for ordering miscellaneous purchases needed by department. Coordinate travel, including air, hotel and car rentals as well as processing expense reports. Interpret established policy and provide information for the resolution of problems. Set up and maintain complex electronic filing systems. What You Bring To Freeport Five (5) years administrative experience. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with accounting practices and procedures Ability to create and process work orders Familiarity with the ProCard purchasing process Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including the ability to create reports and PowerPoint presentations Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills Ability to collaborate creatively and effectively with others to support company goals and objectives What We Offer You The estimated pay range for this role is currently $28.00 - $38.00/hour. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.
