About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to spearhead the financial strategy and performance of its manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing all financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning. This role requires a strategic partner who can work closely with executive leadership to shape financial strategies that support profitability, scalable operations, and sustainable growth. The CFO will also oversee accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance, and will be instrumental in building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to support the company's financial objectives. Applicants for the CFO position at the company must have a minimum of 10 years' progressive finance leadership experience, with a proven track record in a senior financial role, preferably within manufacturing or product-based environments. The role demands a professional with strong financial leadership, relationship management skills, and the ability to translate complex data into practical business decisions. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field is required, with advanced credentials such as a CPA or MBA being preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in risk management practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with operational and commercial teams to align financial planning with business objectives.
