Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member

- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Transfer calls and accurately take and relay messages.
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Accept and post customer payments to the appropriate accounts.
- Prepare and balance the daily bank deposit.
- Help customers understand billing statements and answer billing questions.
- Provide forms and paperwork as requested.
- Gather information for insurance quotes and other office needs.
- Maintain accurate records while handing confidential information.
- Support the team with general administrative and clerical duties as needed.
- Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling payments and records.
- Comfortable using computers and learning office software.
- Able to multitask and stay organized.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Punctuality and outstanding attendance are non-negotiable.
- Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, banking, or insurance experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
