We are seeking an experienced Multi-Unit QSR Area Manager to lead multiple restaurant locations throughout Central Illinois.

This is a hands-on, field-based leadership opportunity for an experienced restaurant operator who knows how to lead through General Managers, improve restaurant performance, develop management teams, and drive sales and profitability.

The ideal candidate is currently working as a District Manager, Area Manager, Area Supervisor, Regional Manager, or other multi-unit QSR leader and is ready to take ownership of a market and its restaurant leadership teams.

Location & Territory

• Based in Peoria, IL or within approximately 50 miles
• Central Illinois market
• Regular travel between assigned restaurant locations required
• Valid driver's license required

What You'll Do

• Lead and support multiple QSR restaurant locations through General Managers
• Coach, develop, and hold GMs accountable for restaurant performance
• Drive sales growth, profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence
• Review P&L performance and key financial metrics
• Manage labor, food cost, cash controls, and other operating costs
• Develop strong General Managers and build a pipeline of future restaurant leaders
• Conduct regular restaurant visits and operational reviews
• Identify performance gaps and implement action plans
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and brand standards
• Improve guest experience and speed of service
• Support recruiting, retention, training, and management development
• Partner with leadership to execute company initiatives consistently across the market

What We're Looking For

• Proven multi-unit restaurant management experience
• QSR, fast-food, or fast-casual experience strongly preferred
• Experience leading multiple restaurants through General Managers
• Previous District Manager, Area Manager, Area Supervisor, Regional Manager, or Multi-Unit Manager experience
• Strong P&L and financial management experience
• Understanding of labor, food cost, sales, profitability, and restaurant-level KPIs
• Proven ability to coach and develop restaurant management teams
• Strong operational and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on, field-oriented leadership style
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the market
• ServSafe or recognized food safety certification preferred
• Ability to work 50+ hours as business needs require
