Restaurant District Manager ... With continued growth comes opportunity !

We are interviewing District Managers with Fast Casual or upscale Quick Service Restaurant background to oversee our locations in the Peoria, Illinois area.

This “single-brand restaurant company” is a leader in our category... driven to excellence in all we do! Our brand is among the industry’s most recognized restaurant leaders and we are continuing to grow. We need veteran " Fast-Casual" District Managers or experienced " QSR Restaurant District Managers" to help us grow!

We Offer:

Competitive Salary: ($80-90K Base Salary )

Attainable Generous Quarterly Bonus

· Must be tenured ... 3+ years minimum experience as Restaurant Area Manager or District Manager

· Must have experience overseeing a market of 5 or more units

· Must have a track record of people development

· Must have a track record of controlling profitable P&L’s

· Must be fluent in driving sales...

· Must be a strong organizer and executer...

· Must have strong training skills in all areas of operations

· Must have a “lightening-rod” personality

· Must be willing to throw away the clipboard...and get involved in the game!
