Pediatric Occupational Therapist Assistant

Location: Indiana Overview As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with many children from birth to age twenty‑one. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life. Responsibilities Provide individualized, one‑to‑one attention and customized plans of care to meet each child's needs. Deliver world‑class care across physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining autonomy and growth aligned with your clinical expertise. Support parents and caregivers through education and guidance to ensure skills are applied at home. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to state licensure regulations for Occupational Therapy Assistants. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant within the state of Indiana. Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
