Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Lafayette, Indiana. Job Details Location: Lafayette, Indiana Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks (40 hours per week, 8 hours per day) Employment type: Travel Qualifications Current Physical Therapy licensure in Indiana Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy BLS certification Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist Effective communication skills with patients, families, and facility personnel Contract Details Weekly pay: $1,940 - $2,119* Contract length: 20 weeks (possibility of extension) Setting: Acute care hospital *Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax‑free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.
