Your expertise will support elementary and middle school students within mild-moderate classroom settings, working across K-8th grade. Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current CCC-SLP certification (or in process)
• Eligibility for Colorado Department of Education credentialing
• Experience in a school setting supporting K-8 students is strongly preferred
• Enthusiasm for collaborative, student-centered work with diverse learners
• Open to new graduates with strong clinical skills and a passion for education

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 40-50 students, providing both direct therapy and consultation
• Develop, implement, and review IEPs in coordination with interdisciplinary teams
• Assess, document, and communicate student progress with staff and families
• Engage actively with school-based teams to foster inclusive communication environments
• Navigate both independent and team-based work with professionalism and compassion
