We're seeking an Agile Practitioner, Digital Products to own the training, implementation, and adoption of Agile practices across software design and development teams building digital products. This role operationalizes the Digital Product Operating Model (DPOM) by establishing fit-for-purpose ways of working, coaching product and engineering teams, and measuring outcomes that improve value delivery, predictability, and resilience at scale. You will partner with Product Leaders, Engineering Managers, Design, Architecture, InfoSec, and PMO/Governance to embed Agile, lean product discovery, and flow-based delivery practices—ensuring the right artifacts, ceremonies, and metrics are in place from ideation and discovery through launch and scale.

Embedding the DPOM's principles and lifecycle at the team level is fundamental to achieving value, agility, predictability, and resilience in our digital products portfolio. The Agile Practitioner (Process Leader) turns the operating model from a slide deck into a system of behaviors, artifacts, and metrics that teams use every day to deliver results.
