And for this the Roland® brand is synonymous with quality, authenticity and creativity for the consumer and chef alike.As a Revenue Management Analyst, you will help shape pricing and investment decisions that directly influence Roland Foods' profitability and growth. You will evaluate customer pricing, new bids, trade spend, and rebate programs—balancing margin objectives with commercial opportunities. This role is ideal for an analytical, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working with unit economics and taking ownership of important business decisions.You will partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other teams, gaining valuable exposure to how the business operates from end to end. You will also have opportunities to share insights and pricing proposals with senior leaders, giving your work visibility and measurable impact.As a response to the pandemic, Roland Foods office employees have transitioned to a hybrid working schedule, requiring employees to report in-person Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to telework on Monday and Friday each week. Due to the collaborative, cross-functional nature of the organization, employees at the NY and NJ offices are required to work in-person for the abovementioned days, outside of any People & Culture-approved disability accommodation request.ResponsibilitiesEstablish, maintain, and administer customer pricing for our main channels: Foodservice Distributors, Retail, Industrial, and InternationalManage customer bids, RFPs, and trade spend programs: modeling out the economics of bids and programs, and providing recommendations that balance gross margin and sales volumePartner with pricing stakeholders and collaborators, including Sales, Supply Chain, and International LogisticsDevelop and optimize methodologies and repeatable processes to streamline workAnalyze trends, competitive information, sales, and price history to support pricing decision makingAssist in the development and maintenance of Roland Foods' pricing strategyLead additional and ad hoc Revenue Management analyses and initiativesQualifications and SkillsRequired1 to 3 years of relevant experience; experience in food, foodservice or grocery industry a plusHighly proficient in ExcelStrong analytical skills with an ability to distill, identify takeaways, and summarize dataStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and influence internal stakeholdersPreferredBachelor's degreeProficiency in SQL is strongly preferredProficiency in Tableau is a plusProficiency with juggling multiple prioritiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible team environmentSalary RangeRoland Foods hires exceptional people to perform a wide variety of important functions that contribute to the success of the Company. One of the ways Roland Foods does that is through a competitive compensation package. The base salary for this role will be $85,000 - $95,000.
