About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Technology to oversee and lead all aspects of IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the organization's technology roadmap, managing technology budgets, and leading major system implementations and upgrades. This role requires a leader who can partner with executive leadership to drive innovation, operational excellence, and scalable technology solutions. Key responsibilities also include ensuring secure and reliable technology solutions, directing help desk and end-user support functions, and staying current on emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement. Applicants for the Vice President of Technology position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field, with at least 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience. Strong expertise in infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and IT operations is essential, as is experience in managing cloud and hybrid Microsoft environments. Knowledge of ERP systems, business intelligence tools, and integrations is required, with a preference for experience in Power BI and NetSuite. The role also demands experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and enterprise technology planning. While not mandatory, relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, and Security+ are considered a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the property management industry and be adept at leading, mentoring, and developing IT staff and technology partners.
