About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales and Channel Strategy to lead its national commercial organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and channel strategies, driving revenue growth, and leading a team of approximately 93 employees. This role requires a strategic and execution-oriented leader with a strong background in industrial markets, particularly in the areas of industrial automation, motion control, and related technologies. The VP will be tasked with overseeing industrial channel sales, OEM sales, and commercial activities, as well as strengthening strategic relationships with distributors, channel partners, and key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of progressive sales and commercial leadership experience, and a proven track record of managing complex sales organizations and driving growth. Candidates for the Vice President position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field, with a preference for those with a background in industrial automation, motion control, or similar areas. The role demands a leader with a strong executive presence, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and a history of success in driving growth within industrial manufacturing or technology markets. The VP will be expected to champion organizational development, talent management, and succession planning, as well as to identify new market opportunities and support long-term growth initiatives. Strong leadership characteristics are essential, including the ability to be a people developer, a strategic thinker, and an effective communicator. The position offers a significant growth opportunity within a multi-billion-dollar industrial market and requires a candidate who is adept at navigating change and resolving complex business challenges.
