Position Overview Vitality Recovery Behavioral Health Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our expanding team. In this full-time, remote position, you will play a significant role in supporting individuals facing formidable challenges, such as mental health issues, domestic violence, child abuse, neglect, and parental substance abuse. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and implement tailored support packages to assist clients in navigating their difficulties and overcoming dependencies. Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess clients' current conditions, needs, strengths, and vulnerabilities. Address each case holistically, setting tailored, measurable goals in collaboration with your clients. Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on their evolving needs and responses. Provide expert guidance and information during therapeutic sessions, supporting clients in making informed decisions about their treatment options. Maintain thorough documentation and records concerning clients’ status and progress, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Participate in case conferences and be prepared to provide evidence in court when necessary, contributing to the wider community and legal processes. Act as a key-worker, forming productive relationships with a multidisciplinary team to remain coordinated in client care. Refer clients to appropriate community services to enhance their recovery and provide additional support as needed. Patient Population / Client Focus Your primary focus will be on a diverse client population, including children and families impacted by trauma, individuals recovering from substance abuse, and those struggling with mental health disorders. You will utilize your empathy, clinical skills, and specialized knowledge to assess and address each client's unique needs, helping them foster resilience and improve their quality of life. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. Current and valid State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). A minimum of two years of clinical experience in social work, demonstrating a strong foundation in providing counseling services. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, crucial for connecting with clients and collaborating with colleagues. Awareness and understanding of cultural diversity and sensitivity in client interactions. A steadfast commitment to professional development, including ongoing education and staying current with industry best practices. Demonstrated empathy and a client-centered approach in all aspects of care. Adherence to ethical and professional standards in clinical practice. Preferred Experience Familiarity with treatment modalities and evidence-based practices for mental health and substance abuse. Experience working in a community health clinic or outpatient setting. Knowledge of local community resources related to mental health and social support services. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, reflecting your experience and skill level.
