Overview Covenant Animal Clinic in Bellbrook and Centerville, Ohio, is actively looking for a Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our team. We are seeking an organized, compassionate, and service-oriented Credentialed Veterinary Technician who is confident in rooming patients, assisting in surgery, placing IV catheters, drawing blood and running bloodwork, has experience with x-ray and proper positioning, understands the importance of client education, and is a supportive and positive team player. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must. Pay Range: $19 - $23 (based on experience) Responsibilities Room patients and assist in surgery Place IV catheters and draw blood; run bloodwork Experience with x-ray and proper positioning Prioritize client education and provide Service-oriented care Maintain a supportive and positive team environment Requirements Registered Veterinary Technician State license must be current Knowledge of industry tools and equipment is a plus; experience with these tools is even better Passion for working with animals and their owners Ability to learn proper animal handling, fear-free training, and restraint Ability to learn common treatments and processes normally found in a veterinary hospital setting Excellent communication and strong organizational skills 1+ years in the veterinary industry Knowledge of basic industry tools and equipment Experience with proper animal handling and restraint; belief in client education What Makes Us Different Referral program – join our team, bring your friends, and get paid!
