Hand Solder - 1st Shift

Job Description

About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Solder
• Pay Rate Range: $18.00-$22.00/Hour
• Location: Stillwater, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM with optional O/T
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Experience soldering SMT and through hole components on rigid and flexible PCBs.
• IPC-610 knowledge, certified helpful.
• Hand solder experience under microscope.
• Ability to lift 20lbs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in the assembly process soldering circuit boards.
• Through-hole soldering.
• Ability to use microscope throughout shift.
• Good attention to detail and dexterity.
• Ability to sit all day at assigned workstation.
• Follow instructions, read and comprehend written.
