Manager, Operations - Client Delivery

Role Description

As a Manager, Client Delivery you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters and partnering with our client partner to delight key stakeholders in filling critical positions and managing multiple site locations within one of our largest RPO Client in the food servicing industry.

The primary responsibility will be to partner and support day to day Business Operations activities, including:

• Executive Reporting
• Global Operations Governance and Compliance
• Strategic Projects
• Quality and Assurance initiatives
• Business Continuity
• Finance & Control Processes

Interactions include all members of Client teams, Executive Leadership Team, and Internal departments.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage a team of 8-14 virtual recruiters
• Strong understanding of sourcing technologies
• Proven success as a leader in the Staffing industry, specifically with RPO
• Successful track record holding teams accountable to performance goals & service level agreement metrics
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others, problem solve and diplomatically handle issue resolution
• Experience discerning critical messages and potential solutions to leadership
• Strong data management and reporting capabilities including spreadsheets, enterprise data analytics tools, CRM’s & applicant tracking systems
• Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices for sourcing niche roles in the clinical, scientific and corporate arenas
• Prior management of Affirmative Action tracking and OFCCP compliance
• Effective written and oral communication skills including ability to deliver presentations

Requirements

• Client Team/Customer Service Partnership responsibilities include:
  • Providing proactive trending insights regarding volume, issue resolution and performance success
  • Responding to Client inquiries, concerns and requests
  • Identifying potential areas of operational improvement
  • Maintaining a high level of Client team satisfaction
• Internal Team Support: Provide a supportive, positive leadership style to team members while raising sourcing and partnership skills and celebrating goal-driven success.
• Reporting: Delivering a story with data is necessary. Ability to identify issues or quell concerns with graphical presentation of performance data is key. Contribution to monthly and quarterly business reviews is critical. Experience with Excel (Pivot tables & graphs, V-Look Ups, dashboards & slicers required) and prior experience with Applicant tracking systems is essential. Experience with enterprise data analytics software preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed (Up to 10%) to client locations.
