We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist, who is responsible for managing the organization’s outgoing payments, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and timely, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. This role plays a key part in supporting financial accuracy, internal controls, and compliance with accounting policies. 

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Basic accounting knowledge required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Associates Degree in Accounting strongly preferred.
• A minimum of one (1) year accounts payable experience preferred.
• Knowledge of 1099 reporting and tax compliance preferred.
• Experience with automated AP systems (Meditech software) or workflow tools strongly preferred.
