Senior Human Resources Business Partner Overview The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will execute HR strategies aligned with business goals to enhance organizational performance and drive results. Collaborate with leadership to deliver integrated talent management solutions, including workforce planning and employee relations. Provide expertise in compensation, performance management, succession planning, and talent development initiatives. Engage with HR teams to support business leaders and employees effectively. Lead and participate in special projects to improve organizational effectiveness and change management. Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws while fostering a high-performance culture. Utilize HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools to streamline HR processes. This is a contract position covering a three-month leave, offering flexibility in pay rates. Senior Human Resources Business Partner Key Responsibilities & Duties Execute HR strategies aligned with business goals to drive organizational performance. Develop and manage innovative HR programs and initiatives to support business needs. Provide consultation and coaching to senior management on HR-related matters. Administer performance management programs linking pay and performance effectively. Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws across all HR activities. Utilize organizational effectiveness and change management methodologies to enhance operations. Collaborate with HR teams to deliver specialized expertise and support. Lead workforce planning and succession planning initiatives to ensure talent readiness. Senior Human Resources Business Partner Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline is preferred. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR business partner, generalist, or labor relations roles. Experience supporting groups covered by collective bargaining agreements is advantageous. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications are preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems is required. Strong business acumen and ability to understand strategic people initiatives. Exceptional consultation, coaching, facilitation, and organizational skills.
