Intake Case Manager

Position Overview LBAPS seeks a highly organized Intake Case Manager to join our Brooklyn team. This role manages the client intake process from first contact through case setup, ensuring a smooth and supportive onboarding experience for families seeking ABA services. Key Responsibilities Manage client intake, including initial outreach, documentation, and case file setup Coordinate with families to gather required information and paperwork Communicate with internal clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding Track and manage intake cases through completion Maintain accurate and organized case records Provide a compassionate, professional point of contact for new families Qualifications Experience in intake, case management, or client services preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Detail-oriented with a compassionate, client-focused approach Experience in healthcare or ABA services a plus Compensation Great pay | Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office | Location: Brooklyn, NY Apply: View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr LBAPS
