Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities suited to the unique needs of each client.
• Provide ongoing individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing techniques that foster personal growth and resilience.
• Deliver crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises or emergencies, ensuring their safety and emotional stability.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records—including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results—in compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care for our clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health challenges, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journeys.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and seminars, actively applying learned practices to enhance therapy effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals, couples, families, and groups facing various mental health challenges. Our clients come from all walks of life, experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship difficulties. Your skills will play a critical role in helping clients navigate their personal journeys towards mental wellness and overall health.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.
• Proficient clinical assessment and diagnostic ability.
• Minimum of two years of related experience in a mental health setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Adept at working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Dedication to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards in practice.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a clinical or community health setting is preferred but not strictly required.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
