Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your duties will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs.

• Assessing clients' presenting issues and developing personalized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate client progress.

• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation of client sessions and treatment progression in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborating with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients, actively participating in team meetings and case consultations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually.
