Customer Service Representative Are you organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our customers, process orders, prepare quotes, and help resolve issues quickly and professionally. In this role, you’ll collaborate with outside sales, operations, and other departments to create a smooth and positive customer experience. What You’ll Do Support existing customer accounts and build strong working relationships Prepare quotes and accurately process customer orders Respond to questions and resolve issues promptly and courteously Provide professional phone support Coordinate with outside sales, operations, and other departments to meet customer needs Support business development efforts Promote safety, company culture, and ethical practices Perform other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure A curious, proactive approach to problem-solving Strong critical-thinking skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Results-driven with the ability to work with urgency without sacrificing quality Proficiency with standard business software Qualifications High school diploma or GED One to two years of experience in customer service or working directly with the public Experience reading blueprints is preferred Experience in manufacturing and an office environment is preferred but not required Physical Requirements Candidates must be able to: Safely navigate a manufacturing environment Sit for extended periods, with occasional standing and walking Use a computer and other standard office equipment Our Culture Help build strong communication and a healthy working environment Communicate positively with employees at all levels Respectfully listen to concerns and ideas Support and participate in company activities Protect confidential information Embody our values of Integrity, Trust, Creativity and Courage, Teamwork, and Excellence Salary Range: $22-$27 hourly with comprehensive benefits and bonus potential.
