Night shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated NICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care for neonates requiring intensive medical attention. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include attending high-risk deliveries, performing neonatal resuscitation, and caring for patients aged 29 weeks and above.

Responsibilities

• Attend high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation.
• Manage and administer medications including blood products and IVs.
• Monitor and assess neonatal patients, implementing appropriate interventions.
• Provide patient/family education regarding care and health issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of Level III NICU experience.
• Current BLS and NRP certifications are required.
• Compact RN license in hand at submission.
• Experience with patient ratios of 2:1 preferred.
