The Corporate Recruiter is passionate about talent acquisition, candidate engagement, and creating exceptional hiring experiences. In this role, you'll serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers while helping source and hire top talent that supports the continued growth of Allied Reliability and our clients. What You'll Be Doing As a Talent Manager, you'll play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring talent across a variety of professional, technical, operational, and skilled trade positions. Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to engage active and passive candidates. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Screen and assess candidates to identify the best fit for both the role and organization. Coordinate and manage interview processes while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, hiring recommendations, and recruiting updates. Promote Allied Reliability's culture, values, and employment brand throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system. Support process improvement initiatives that enhance recruiting effectiveness and operational efficiency. What We Want You to Have Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, customer service, sales, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build credibility and trust quickly. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail. Experience utilizing recruiting technologies, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Extra Credit If You Have Experience recruiting within manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, industrial, or skilled trades environments. Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques. Previous experience in agency staffing or corporate talent acquisition.
