Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Seeking a full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer to work remotely, who will design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure, drive automation and observability solutions, and enhance system reliability for a cloud-native SaaS platform. Key responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure and define reliability standards Develop automation solutions and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to improve deployment processes and reduce manual tasks Lead incident response efforts and enhance observability solutions to ensure system resilience and performance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 7+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related fields 3+ years of hands-on experience with large-scale cloud environments and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) 3+ years of experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation 3+ years of extensive experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) services 3+ years of experience implementing observability platforms using technologies such as Prometheus or Grafana
