What You'll Do:

• Provide coverage in Level III-IV NICUs alongside neonatologists
• Collaborate with the care team to monitor and care for infants in the NICU
• Work a rotating schedule of 12- and 24-hour shifts, including evening shifts
• Assist in high-risk deliveries and NICU patient management
• Participate in daily rounds, emergency response, and patient assessments
• Support and engage in delivery coverage and neonatal stabilization efforts

What You Need:

• Required:
• NNP Board Certification (no FNP or PNP accepted)
• Active license to practice in Arizona
• Strong clinical skills and neonatal care experience
• Preferred:
• 2+ years of NNP experience in a NICU setting
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
