The Principal UX Designer also mentors team members, promotes continuous improvement, and supports organizational goals through clear communication and strategic influence across multiple business units.About the team:The Omni Services Design team is dedicated to enhancing how customers and associates engage with Walmart’s services by applying service design principles. The team creates seamless, integrated experiences across physical and digital channels, including discovery, scheduling, check-in, service delivery, payment, and follow-up. Focus areas include pharmacy, optical, auto care, and home services. Their work spans Walmart.com, the Walmart app, in-store touchpoints, operational processes, and associate tools.
