Evening National Project Coordinator - Remote

National Project Assistant - 2nd Shift Technical FL, US M-F, 2pm-11pm Remote (After completing required training) Project Assistant helps the operations department execute facility maintenance requests from beginning to end. Excellent computer and phone skills are a requirement. The ability to manage a large volume of work in a fast-paced environment is important to success. This is an office-based position requiring heavy collaboration and organization. Responsibilities: Prioritize and execute a large volume and variety of tasks simultaneously. Assist in coordinating and scheduling subcontractors to execute repairs within budget and on time. Follow up on subcontractor quotes and completion documents to ensure projects are quoted and completed within SLA. Verify subcontractors are on track for scheduled site visits. Provide exemplary customer service and communication. Use various computer tools to communicate and document project information per company procedures. Source subcontractors for various scopes of construction trade work using internal and external resources. Confirm subcontractors meet LPS insurance and procedural requirements. Requirements: Ability to quickly learn work order management systems. Outstanding communication and relationship building skills. Critical thinking / Problem solving skills. Significant phone and computer fluency. Demonstrated excellence in customer service. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. A team-oriented mindset.
