Project Management Coordinator

A company is looking for a V&A Project Management Coordinator to support large, national projects within their Industrial Managed Services team. Key Responsibilities Support large, multi-site EPC Valve & Automation projects from order placement through project closeout Lead project expediting activities and manage project documentation to ensure alignment with schedules and requirements Interface with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to communicate updates and resolve issues Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in industrial inside sales, project coordination, expediting, or documentation management Knowledge of Valve, Automation, and PVF products, materials, and manufacturing processes Experience supporting large EPC projects with complex schedules Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and document tracking tools Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities
