The successful candidate will be directly involved in the development and execution of large-scale capital projects, including data centers, EV/battery, semiconductor, and industrial projects. This role is pivotal in influencing project strategy and providing trusted legal advice on high-value EPC and construction matters. Key responsibilities for the Senior Legal Counsel include negotiating and advising on a range of complex commercial agreements, supporting project development and execution, and partnering closely with various internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project-based environments, experience in contractor-side risk and project delivery matters, and a proactive approach to legal issues in the context of large-scale projects. Applicants for the Senior Legal Counsel position at the company should hold a J.D. and have an active bar membership, with a minimum of 8 years' of legal experience. A background in EPC, construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure is essential, as is a proven track record in negotiating complex commercial agreements and supporting project execution. Experience in claims, project management, dispute resolution, and contractor risk management is a plus.
