RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers and prospects as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. QUALIFICATIONS: Love for providing a high level of customer service Confidence in dealing with the public (Previous sales experience preferred but not required.) Able to obtain Property/Casualty License and Life/Health License Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening People-oriented Proactive in problem solving Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs Competitive & goal-oriented Thrive in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year We're Hiring!
