What You'll Do Help Adolescents Build a New Legacy At Clearfork Academy , we provide high-quality substance abuse and mental health treatment for adolescents and young adults. Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with referral sources and community partners Serve as an initial point of contact for regional referral sources and professional organizations Build business-to-business relationships through strategic outreach, marketing initiatives, and community engagement Identify and prioritize key referral accounts and communicate opportunities and challenges to the Director of Business Development Develop new relationships with physicians, therapists, educators, hospitals, churches, EAPs, unions, and other organizations Conduct community outreach through presentations, meetings, networking opportunities, and one-on-one relationship building Represent Clearfork Academy professionally at community events, conferences, and other networking opportunities Assist with planning and executing events that highlight Clearfork Academy's services Collaborate with the Director of Business Development and Director of Admissions to support the admissions process Maintain a strong understanding of Clearfork Academy's programs, services, mission, values, and referral process Communicate the organization's services and strengths clearly and professionally to community partners Stay informed about trends and developments related to mental health and substance use treatment Perform additional duties and projects as assigned What Makes Someone Successful in This Role? This position requires professionalism, adaptability, emotional awareness, and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment. The position may occasionally require extended periods of sitting or standing and may require lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
