We provide on-the-job training and development for those newer to the painting industry, and we value reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to doing quality work over years of experience.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare painting surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and masking as needed
* Application using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment
* Follow instructions and safety guidelines on every project
* Represent the company professionally on job sites and during final walk-throughs with customers
* Be open to feedback and committed to continuous learning
Requirements:
* A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first mindset
* Good communication skills and attention to detail
* Ability to take direction and grow within a structured process
* A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* (Preferred but not required) Some experience in residential or commercial painting, or general labor/trades

Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday
* Nights as needed
* Overtime
* Weekends as needed
