Weill Cornell Medicine is seeking an IT Support Specialist I for a remote role with occasional on-site NYC visits. The position supports end users, handles phone and email queues, and ensures incidents are resolved within SLAs. Under direct supervision, you will troubleshoot Windows, Mac, mobile devices, and Citrix environments, document issues in ServiceNow, and contribute to the knowledge base while providing friendly customer service.
