Taylor Davis Co. is a well-established paving and site work company proudly serving Western Massachusetts. As the business continues to grow, Taylor Davis Co. is seeking a Finance and Office Assistant for the upcoming summer season. This role offers hands-on experience supporting the CFO and general office operations. Ideal for high school or college students eager to develop practical skills in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the CFO with data entry, filing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Help organize and process invoices, receipts, and other financial paperwork
- Support general office tasks including scanning, filing, and record keeping
- Help with administrative projects and other office needs as they come up
Qualifications
- Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with numbers and keeping accurate records
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- No prior experience required. Some familiarity with Excel or QuickBooks is a plus but not necessary
Compensation
$19–25 per hour, based on experience. Part-time, approximately 10–25 hours per week. This is a seasonal position.
