What You'll Do (Essential Duties)

In this role, you will manage project lifecycles from initial client request to final delivery. Your daily impact looks like:

• Client & Team Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact, communicating daily with customers, account executives, and production staff regarding project status, timelines, and changes.
• Workflow Integration: Accurately gather job requirements from customers and enter detailed instructions into manufacturing systems to ensure proper queuing.
• Project Coordination: Partner with vendors, production, warehouse, shipping, and carriers to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of customer shipments.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer job issues proactively by collaborating across departments to maintain high-quality standards.
• Data & Logistics Management: Track final production runs for accurate billing paperwork, maintain customer records, and actively participate in daily production meetings.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of dedicated experience in Customer Service or Account Coordination.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Bonus Points: Prior experience in the commercial printing industry is a major plus!
